These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of oppsrp.com, its forums and staff tools, and the OppsRP FiveM game server (together, "the Service"), operated by OppsRP ("we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting to the game server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Accounts are created by signing in with Discord. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping access to your Discord account secure. Staff accounts must use two-factor authentication. We may require you to confirm your email address before posting.
The Server Rules form part of these Terms and apply across the game server, the forums and the OppsRP Discord. In particular, you may be required to provide recordings of your gameplay to substantiate your conduct when it is the subject of a report.
You retain ownership of the content you post. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and reproduce it for the purpose of operating the Service, including after your account is closed where the content forms part of a discussion with other users.
You confirm that you have the right to submit the content, and that it does not infringe the rights of any other person. Links to third-party media embedded in posts remain subject to the terms of the platform hosting them.
We may remove content, and issue warnings, mutes or suspensions, where these Terms or the Server Rules are breached. Website accounts and game server access are moderated separately: action on one does not necessarily apply to the other. Moderation decisions are made at the discretion of staff, and records of them are retained against the account.
An appeal does not suspend a punishment while it is under review.
OppsRP is not pay to win. Any purchase grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use a cosmetic or convenience feature, and confers no ownership of any in-game item. In-game currency and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. Access to purchased features may be withdrawn where an account is suspended for breaching these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
The Service is a community project provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from data loss, and we may change or discontinue any part of it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
OppsRP is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or Discord. Grand Theft Auto V and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the forums, and the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
