Every rule in this section is read with 1.1 to 1.3: an action supported by roleplay is permitted, and you must be able to prove that it was.

4.1 Random Deathmatch (RDM). Attacking or killing another player without an in-character reason established through roleplay is prohibited. An attack is not RDM where roleplay has already established the conflict and the other party was, or reasonably should have been, aware of it. (Jail 120 min – Ban 3 days)

4.2 Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM). Using a vehicle to injure or kill another player is prohibited unless it is supported by an in-character reason, such as an active conflict in which that player is involved. (Jail 120 min – Ban 3 days)

4.3 Car ramming (CR). Deliberately ramming another vehicle is permitted only as part of a justified in-character situation, such as a pursuit or an established conflict. Ramming to start a situation, or without a reason, is prohibited. (Jail 60 min)

4.4 Initiation. Before using force, you must give the other party a clear demand and a reasonable opportunity to respond. This does not apply where roleplay has already established hostilities — where they are in an active conflict with you or your group, or have wronged your character in a way that would reasonably provoke retaliation, such as robbing your stash. In those cases an attack without warning, including a drive-by, is permitted, provided you can show the reason (1.2). (Jail 60 min)

4.5 Proportionality. Your response must be proportionate to its reason. A minor insult does not justify a killing. (Jail 60 min)

4.6 Combat logging. Disconnecting during or shortly after a situation to avoid its outcome is prohibited. The situation will be treated as though you lost it. (Warning)

4.7 Spawn areas. Attacking a player at a hospital, at a garage, or immediately after they have connected is prohibited. (Jail 120 min)
